Customized Manufacturing is one of our fundamental competencies, providing incredibly high-quality items with a timely response and incomparable attention to detail and personal services.
ORDER CAPACITY
When using stock jersey fabrics, the minimum production run from our Asian manufacturer is 500 pieces per style and colour, or 200 kg Fabric required if the fabric is dyed to order. Quantities for materials that must be created and knitted to order may be greater and are only offered upon request..
Time Span for Manufacturing Service
Fabrica offers fastest customized manufacturing services where we can normally produce and deliver orders within 4-6 weeks (by air freight) and 8-10 weeks for by sea shipments.
Garment Costing
All customized manufacturing orders are quoted individually. So, price will vary depending on the exact garment spec and details requested (Fabric / Colour / Style / Branding etc).
Sampling Cost
There is a charge for preparing and sending prototypes to cover our costs.
Labelling
We can manufacture printed or woven labels from artworks provided, and insert during production into the garments in a position of your choice.
Custom Colours
A Pantone® Matching System reference or a colour swatch should be provided for customized colours. The lab dipping is free, but the factory delivery is charged at cost. The average turnaround time is 4-6 days. For core plain fabric, a minimum dye lot is 200 kg. (This equates to around 650 women's size M T-shirts and 550 men's size L T-shirts.)

HOW TO ORDER?
01 Design Submission
After submitting your enquiry, we will send you a price estimate as per your submitted instructions and artwork.
02 Sourcing / Product Development
After the price estimate is accepted, we will require you to send us samples for fitting, sizing and details references, etc.
We will begin the sourcing process to find suitable fabrics and trims for your designs and will send or shot them to you for selection.
03 Sample Development
While the sourcing is underway, our in-house design team will help to finalize your details and develop tech packs for your designs. We will send these tech packs for your confirmation before move forward with the sampling process.
Note that as everything is made from scratch, it usually takes 2 rounds of sample to confirm all the details right and ready for bulk production.
04 Bulk Production
Once you are satisfied with the samples, we will commence on the bulk production after receiving your approved samples and down payment.
05 Quality Control Inspection
When the bulk production is complete, our quality control team will inspect the products to ensure there are no issues. The products will be individually packaged and sealed in cartons, ready for transportation.
06 Shipping
In the final part where we will help you handle the shipping paperwork and arrange for the shipping to your doorstep.
